NAV Consulting Group specializes in process improvement strategy, design, and execution.  We partner with your management teams to help them steer and remain on your defined process improvement course.  We also provide project management, change management, and knowledge transfer for the process initiative to ensure optimal results.

All within the context of your business strategy and objectives and working collaboratively with your team, NAV Consulting Group will perform the following services:

  • Understand your business process pain points and their impact on your business.
  • Assess and document targeted processes and associated technology solutions.
  • Define process key performance metrics.
  • Identify process improvement gaps, opportunities, and root causes.
  • Recommend a course of action to address process gaps.
  • Develop and implement a Change Management Plan.
  • Develop and implement a Knowledge Transfer Plan.
  • Develop and implement a Process Maintenance Plan.
  • Implement and monitor new process performance.

Depending upon the process improvement initiative, the assigned consultant(s) will perform some or all of the following roles.

  • Account Manager:  A single point of contact that understands the big picture of your business and manages the ongoing relationship.
  • Business Process Analyst:  Analyzes and optimizes your business processes.
  • Project Manager:  Executes your project on scope, on time, and on budget.
  • Training Specialist:  Creates and delivers process documentation and training materials.
  • Technologist Selection:  Partner with you to find and select technologists to architect, design, and implement technology solutions as required.
